Overnight Newborn Care​

 

Overnight Newborn Care can help you get the sleep you need as a new family. We are one of the only companies to have AWAKE CARE (awake the entire shift) only. Prior to placing each specialist, we have a brief meeting on the phone or in person to make sure you have the perfect specialist for your baby's needs.

  • Tend to your baby's needs by feeding, changing, and getting them back to sleep

  • Promote healthy habits for baby and parents by monitoring baby while you sleep and setting weekly goals

  • Communicate with Parents regarding baby care items

  • Set a schedule for sleeping, meals, nap and play-time.

  • 8-12 hour shifts/ up to seven days a week (minimum 8 hr shift/1 night a week)

  • Newborn Care Specialists and Nicu Nurses available 

  • Up to two weeks of follow up calls and email support after your contract ends

Sleep Consultations

Baby & Roost implements the parenting methods that work for you and your child combined with our sleep plans to get the very best results.

  • ​Full evaluation of your baby's sleep history 

  • Discuss strategies, troubleshoot possible problems, and learn how to address bedtime, nap time, night wakings, and any other specific issues

  • Initial phone consultation with your dedicated Senior Sleep Consultant (this does not include the initial conversation to assess the issues that need to be addressed)

  • A personalized sleep plan that comprehensively addresses your situation

  • Phone calls can be split into multiple, shorter phone calls

  • Follow-up e-mails to give you further guidance, support, and ability to troubleshoot (varies per plan)

  • Email, Phone, and video consult packages available (price varies per plan)

  • In-Home consults available (min. hours required depending on consultation)

Nanny Placement
 
We now offer nanny placement. Finding great care for our children is one of the most important aspects of parenting when we can not be there ourselves! We will do all of the hard work for you in finding the perfect candidate to be your nanny. 
  • A consultation call with the parents to find out exactly what you are looking for in your nanny as far as responsibilities in the household, days of the week, full-time or part-time and discuss the general scope of what is expected. 
  • Select several nannies to interview
  • Provide background checks and references

Baby Boot Camp                ___________________________________________________________________________

 

Baby boot camp is the perfect package to brush up on their baby skills to bring your baby home with confidence! One on one in-home session with a certified specialist. 

  • Teach parents baby basics such as diapering, bottle feeding, burping, holding, swaddling, bathing and soothing techniques.

  • Show parents the most practical places to set up diapering stations, where to store bottles and baby gear, and proper cleaning of products in their home

  • Educate parents on the different products that are needed for newborns

  • Give parents the confidence to recognize what their baby needs through a question and answer session at the end of the consultation

  • Approx. 2-3 hours to cover all material. 

Phone Consultation Minutes

 

Phone Consultation minutes are a great way to get the answers you need and the minutes can be used over time rather than all at once. Consultation minutes are perfect for a gift or for addressing the ever evolving changes of a newborn.  

Pricing: 30 minutes- $70.00  60 minutes- $120.00

Baby Planning and Registry

 

Planning for a newborn can be confusing and overwhelming Baby & Roost offers a one on one experience to help organize the nursery and provide registry assistance. All of these tools are essential to get you and your baby started on the right track! ​

Gift Certificates​

 

Give the gift of newborn care for the parents to learn or recharge! Baby & Roost offers gift cards to use towards hours of service for consultations or overnight newborn care. All hours can be used for any service we offer!
