We strive to give you a full service experience that will allow you and your baby to learn and grow together. The reason we are different is that we do not sleep when you sleep. We are awake, learning what your baby needs and setting goals each week to make sure that when we leave you have all the tools you need for each milestone your baby reaches. Baby & Roost focuses on the three most important factors: safety, sleep, and growth of your newborn.

 

Safety- We teach you how to safely care for your newborn. No matter how many books you read, it does not compare to having to apply that knowledge once they are here!

 

Sleep- We focus, from day one, on guiding parents and baby on how to learn soothing techniques, follow schedules to help your baby sleep through the night, and guide you through the newborn process, which sets their sleep foundation for the rest of their lives!

 

Growth- By promoting safety and sleep and learning the skills needed to transition into new milestones, parents and their children are able to grow together and establish healthy patterns.
